We specialise in making premium dairy free/vegan gelato using various bases including nut butters, coconut and oat for over 30 years. A range of gelatos are also refined sugar free. We use organic brown rice syrup and dates to sweeten our gelato. We’re also working on kosher certification and will be kosher certified very soon.
