CJ’s Pasta is Brisbane’s home of hand-cut fresh and filled egg pasta, homemade rustic sauces (including a vegan range) just like Nonna cooks. Our chefs make everything on site in our West End store, using the freshest produce. It’s also the home to a secret pasta club, six nights a week featuring a daily rotating menu inspired by Executive Chef Dario Milano’s north-west Italian roots. Bellissimo.
