At Dark City Foundry we use our custom-made cold drip coffee system to produce delicious, smooth, and mouth-watering coffee with zero bitterness. We take 10 hours at 2°C to extract the wonderful flavours and rich aromas.

In addition, we supply nitro cold drip coffee in hireable kegs. Nitro coffee has the texture of Guinness and the flavour of cold drip coffee. Perfect for events and functions.
