Our Puddings are made by hand with no Machines. NO preservatives or artificial colours are used! We use 100% Australian vine fruits. Our food service Classic Christmas & Gluten Free Puddings are made in 100g tubs or 1kg Logs (serving 10 people) sealed in a double layer of Food Safe Certified film & then foil wrapped to seal in the moisture. The puddings have a long ambient temperature shelf life.
